Laura Kinningham, Executive Vice President, Human Resources joined Vencer in March 2021.  Ms. Kinningham has twenty-five (25) years of executive, human resources, acquisition & divestiture, and management experience for domestic and international, private equity backed, major global publicly traded, and GP/MLP corporations. 

Prior to joining Vencer, Kinningham most recently held the position of Vice President of Human Resources for Carrizo Oil & Gas.  Previously, Laura held Vice President of Human Resources roles for Memorial Resources Development Corporation, Quantum Resources Management, LLC, and NFR Energy, LLC.  She has held management and senior human resources roles with Peoples Energy Production Company, Chevron/Unocal, and Enron Corporation.  Laura began her career at Burlington Resources, Inc.

Kinningham obtained a B.S. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of Houston.  Her professional certifications include Certified Compensation Professional (CCP), Global Remuneration Professional (GRP), and Professional in Human Resources (PHR).  Laura is a member of the Society of Human Resources (SHRM), World-at-Work, the National Diversity Council, and Houston Human Resources Management Association.  Laura is a member and former Survey Chairman and Membership Chairman for the Southwest Energy Survey Group (SWESG).  Laura currently serves as an Advisory Board Member of Tacit, Inc., a start-up technology company.  She held the position on the Board of Directors for Today’s Harbor for Children.
